Raspberry pi Jam: Free STEM after-school for kids on robotics and coding in Washington DC


Hi there,

Hope my message finds you well.

The end of the year is coming and we have been through a lot this year and those last months.

1°) Raspberry pi Jam on Robotics and Coding for kids and adults - Silver Spring Maryland

Between the STEM after-school program during the Maryland STEM festival and the last Raspberry pi jam we organised at the Silver Spring Library in Maryland, we do have more projects coming for the end of the year.

But this article's main purpose is to share with you our next Raspberry pi Jam coming soon in Washington DC. It will be for kids (7-8 years old and above) and adults.

It will be on Saturday January 12th 2019 from 3 to 5 pm.

The adress is the following:

  • Mount-Pleasant Library, Big room, Main floor: 3160 16th St NW, Washington, DC 20010

We will have diverse activities:

  • Raspberry pi projects

  • Raspberry pi coding for kids

  • Introduction to our projects ( 3D printed Tank controlled over bluetooth by smartphone, 3D printed rockets, RC plane, etc)

This is a kid friendly event. So don't hesitate to come with all your family, kids, neighbors, nephews, and friends for the STEM party (raspberry pi Jam).
