The age range goes from 5 years old to 16 years old. And will be separated by groups:
- 5 to 7 years old
- 8 to 11 years old
- 12 to 16 years old

- 12 to 16 years old
You can go online on our website, choose and book a camp by the week, age range, or more depending of your availability and your child's age.
It will be located at the "Glenmont united Methodist church".

The instructors have CPR and 1st Aid Certification. We are also working with a registered nurse.
A health plan is available to make sure a protocol and follow is made to keep the children safe.
When checking out, a form with the child's health and condition will be asked (allergies, medications, etc) when registering the child for the sessions.
Do you hesitate to ask if you have any concerns at the following:
- Spare change of clothes for the smaller children ( 5 to 7 years old)
- And anything your child may need
- This is a nut free camp. Please be careful with this since it is very IMPORTANT for the camp's safety.
- It is advised to give them non perishable food.
- They should have enough water to last the day.
- They should have enough snacks to last the day.
There is a morning care that starts at 7:45 am for the early drop-off.
There is also a after-care that finishes at 5:30 pm.
You can choose to enroll your child when buying the session on the website.
We do have breaks, time to play outside, relax and do other things that are not STEM related. You can also check the schedule to have an idea of what a typical day looks like.
All your information (phone, emails) and the child information will be required when registering for the camp. And also the information of adults beside of the parents/guardians who can pick-up the child.
A group will also be available to exchange with us during the camp.
Because we cover registration fees for you, all cancellations for a refund will incur a $30 cancellation fee (per camp) to cover administrative costs.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Receive a full refund (minus the $30 cancellation fee) through March 31, 2025.
Receive a 75% refund April 1, 2025– May 31, 2025. No refunds will be given after May 31st, 2025.
Starting June 1, 2025, cancellations will receive a full credit as long as the cancellation is made at least two weeks in advance of the camp start date. This credit can be used for a different week of camp during the summer or camp in the future. Cancellations made within two weeks of the camp start date are not eligible for credits or refunds for any reason. There are no refunds or credits for missed sessions due to illness, family emergencies or for campers who prove unsuccessful in the camp setting due to behavior or other reasons.
Please note that camps purchased with account credit can only be issued an account credit in the event that you’d like to cancel.
Account credit can only be used towards camps and programs in the future. It is not refundable for cash at some point in the future, regardless of circumstances.
Cancellations must be made via email (contact@makersgeneration.net) by the cut-off date or at least two weeks in advance, whichever is applicable.
At Makersgeenration, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy ensures fairness while allowing us to maintain the quality of our programs.

2. Camp Cancellation by Us
If Makersgeneration cancels a session for any reason, families will receive a full refund or credit for a future session.
3. Missed Days & Early Withdrawals
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed camp days due to illness, vacations, or other personal reasons.
If a camper is dismissed from camp due to behavioral issues, no refund will be provided.
4. Payment Transfers
Registration fees may be transferred to another session (if available) or to a sibling within the same year.
